Operations Clerk (Port Klang and Penang)
Job Description:
- Preparing of shipping documentation import and export, including customs forms.
- Able to declare custom form K1, K2, K3 & K8 and obtained KEK certificate.
- Liaise with clients regarding import and export matters.
- Monitor the release of import and export shipments to consignees.
- Book transportation for cargo delivery.
- Coordinate with authorities for cargo and customs clearance.
- Ensure proper documentation for filing and billing purposes.
- Ensure the effectiveness of the Quality System and procedures in daily tasks.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Accounts, Billing, and other Operations branches.
- Collect third-party bills to support invoicing documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess minimum SPM Certificate or equivalent.
- least 1 year of experience (preferably with exposure to the logistics industry).
- Capable of declaring paperwork in the customs system, including K1, K2, K3, and K8 forms and possess a KEK certificate.
Lorry Driver (Shah Alam & Johor Bahru)
Job Description:
- Ensure cargo is delivered to the right place, right time and in good condition.
- Ensure truck is in good condition such as tires, lights, brakes. engine oil and water level.
- To ensure no complaint from customers.
- Maintain telephone contact with Supervisor to receive delivery instruction.
- Support and attach all documents related movement of truck for billing purposes.
- To comply with safety requirements to achieve zero accidents.
- To maintain company properties in good condition to achieve zero breakdown on the road.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks or errands as assigned by management.
Job Requirement :
- Candidate must possess minimum SPM Certificate or equivalent.
- Valid GDL or GDL/E driving license.
Transport Coordinator
Job Description:
- Liaise with client regarding export and import matters.
- Monitoring export and import shipment release to consignee.
- Make bookings for transportation for delivery cargo.
- Liaise with authorities for cargo clearance ie custom clearance.
- Communicate effectively with customers on status of shipment
- Alert and advise superior on issues related to operational matters.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal departments ie Account, Biling, other Ops branches and etc.
- Collect 3rd party bills to support documentation for invoices purposes.
- Practicing and ensuring effectiveness of the Quality system and procedures in daily routine work.
- Other duties when instructed by the management.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess minimum SPM certificate or equivalent.
- Certificate in logistics or supply chain/ proven experience in shippinglogistics or a similar role is a plus.
- Computer-literate and assertive with an eye for detail.
Account Receivable Executive
- Manage Accounts Receivable and ensure departmental KRAs & KPIs are achieved
- Update daily remittances (Cash, Cheques, TT, Advances) and knock-off payments accurately in AR system
- Prepare and distribute Statements of Accounts (SOA) and official credit reminders
- Proactively follow up and manage debt collection for assigned accounts
- Resolve customer payment and collection issues
- Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure timely collections within credit terms
- Maintain proper filing and documentation in accordance with ISO standards
- Support other credit controllers and perform ad-hoc duties as required
