GAPIMA is registered under the Ministry of Finance, ISO 9001:2000 Certified and holds a Petronas License for freight forwarding. In 1996, GAPIMA was appointed as one of the official Malaysian Government freight forwarders or Multimodal Transport Operator (MTO).

The birth of oil, gas & petrochemical industry, power & telecommunications infrastructures and other heavy industries significantly marked the involvement of GAPIMA in project cargo forwarding and management. Boasting impressive performance records with major project owners including:
